Covers & Co Logistics (the “portal”) is the internal operations system of Covers & Co, used to manage seed orders, truck loads, inventory, and freight. By signing in, you agree to these terms.
Access is limited to Covers & Co staff and invited partners (such as carriers and dealers) whose accounts were provisioned by an administrator. You may use the portal only for Covers & Co business, sign in only with your own account, and keep your credentials to yourself. An administrator may suspend or remove access at any time.
Orders, loads, inventory, pricing, and every other record in the portal are confidential business information of Covers & Co and its partners. Do not share, export, or disclose them outside your work for Covers & Co. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
The portal supports our operations but does not replace judgment: records can lag the physical world, and the service is provided “as is,” without warranty of uninterrupted availability or error-free content. Covers & Co is not liable for losses arising from use of the portal, to the extent permitted by law.
