Covers & Co Logistics is the internal operations portal of Covers & Co. It is used by our staff and invited carrier partners to manage seed orders, truck loads, inventory, and freight. It is not a consumer product and is not open for public registration.
Sign-in details. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We use these solely to authenticate you and label your activity inside the portal (for example, which staff member booked a load). We do not access any other Google data — no email content, contacts, files, or calendar.
Operational records. The portal stores the business records our team enters or that flow in from our connected systems: orders, shipments, load plans, inventory counts, and delivery documents. These may include the business contact details of dealers and carriers we work with.
Cookies. We use session cookies strictly to keep you signed in. There is no advertising, analytics tracking, or cross-site profiling.
Information in the portal is used only to run Covers & Co’s logistics operations. We never sell personal information. We share data only with the service providers that host and operate the portal on our behalf (such as our cloud hosting and database providers), with carriers and dealers as needed to fulfil shipments, and where required by law.
Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Accounts are provisioned and removed by a Covers & Co administrator, and operational records are retained as long as our business requires. To ask about, correct, or remove information — or to have your account deleted — contact us at keegan@coversandco.ca.
